Going through Elizabeth’s health coaching process has been an amazing experience for me. I have been able to learn so much about different foods and how these foods may affect my body. For someone who has a massive sweet tooth, it was also great getting to know what kind of foods I should eat to help lower my cravings. Elizabeth was able to help me by providing useful documents about food and health, as well as listening to me and helping me solve any problems. She was also able to identify things that I didn’t even realize were bothering me (or were wrong / problems) and work me through them. I have noticed that not only have I lost weight and am healthier, I am also now a completely different person.
